In consultation with stakeholders and the Northern Child Health Network's partners, project funding proposals are put forward to NSW Health to advance child health services in the regions covered by the Northern Child Health Network. Past and present projects include an ambulatory care programme; staff education and training workshops; professional development of staff to John Hunter Children's Hospital allied health and nursing; appointment of a paediatric outreach CNC; extension of access to telehealth technology and the establishment of this web site
