New England - Clinical Placements

Clinical staff from New England Area Health Service were supported to attend a range of nominated professional development opportunities. These included attendance at on-site skill development, conferences and workshops. All staff who attended professional development opportunities completed an evaluation on their learning experience to their manager and gave a peer group feedback to staff in their unit explaining any subsequent changes to practice.
